NayNay and Grandaddy came to Savannah for a quick visit last weekend, so we spent Saturday with them at the Children’s Museum. The day was sunny and beautiful, and it was so nice to be outside. Fletcher led us all through several rounds of hide-and-seek in the maze, which wound up being much more fun than I expected. (I’m just so glad that he isn’t too old for that sort of thing yet!)
In the evening we had dinner at Leoci’s before heading back to their hotel for s’mores on the riverfront. And then the next morning after breakfast, they were gone. These visits are always too short, too few and too far between. At least we know that we will see them again soon.
